Renovation Project Phase 1:
Initial Project Meeting & Walk-through – Determine scope of work or review existing plans and designs. Survey building conditions. Discuss maintenance history.
Renovation Project Phase 2:
Develop Budget or Price According to Plan – Build initial budget based on scope and financial plan or price specified finishes.
Renovation Project Phase 3:
Design and Build – We work with owner’s boards and managers in creating an interior design that is consistent throughout the building with appropriate materials and cost considerations.
Renovation Project Phase 4:
Project Scheduling – Determine start dates/deadlines and develop phasing approach.
Renovation Project Phase 5:
Execution of Project – Coordinate all initial and ongoing communications including recommended announcements and alerting residents of various phases of the renovation. Assign full-time project manager to building. Staff building based on scope and scheduling requirements. Coordinate all trades, material orders and deliveries as required. Arrange final walk-through with client to inspect new finishes and installations.
